Equipment

Standard event and conferencing equipment as well as set-up is included in all packages while additional special equipment can be provided upon request. The venues feature dimmable mood lighting and state-of-the-art facilities as well as WiFi access.

Weddings

The bridal party may even opt for a pampering session at our on-site spa! Whether you have an extensive guest list or choose something smaller and more intimate, we have breathtaking ceremony venues as well as accommodation for your needs.

Team Building

Dikhololo’s modern facilities and stunning bush setting are ideal for team building activities. Enjoy the fresh air as you and your team tackle our climbing wall, go on a treasure hunt or survivor game in the bush, engage in friendly team sport such as hockey, cricket, soccer and basketball on our multi-court or set-up your own obstacle course on our expansive grounds. Our friendly staff can help arrange facilitators or you are welcome to bring your own.

Conferencing

Whether you are having a company meeting, product launch, conference or other corporate event, our team will set everything up from the seating arrangements, basic stationery and audio-visual equipment, from flip charts and projectors to WiFi access.

Other Special Occasions

From milestone birthdays to anniversaries or family reunions, Dikhololo will make sure that your special occasion goes without a hitch, we have a number of private venues for hire and accommodation for your guests so they don’t have to drive after the party.

Tailored Entertainment

Private events can be arranged such as live entertainment on the deck or boma, game drives and spa treatments tailored to any group booking. Our team can book you the best DJs and live entertainers or you are welcome to organise this on your own.

Karee

Floor Plan: (16m x 9m) – This is an indoor and outdoor venue that is well suited for year-end functions, wedding receptions, banquets and other larger group events. This venue has a big braai area, dance floor and built-in bar. This is our biggest venue.

  • School Room: 60 seats
  • Cinema: 80 seats

Kleinbos Lapa

Floor Plan: (18.5m x 4m) – This is an indoor & outdoor venue that is suited for year-end functions, wedding receptions and banquets on a smaller scale than Grootbos Lapa with an awesome bushveld atmosphere.
